EA’S Scott Forrest Joins The National Film and Television School’s Board of Governors
Scott Forrest, Chief Commercial Officer at gaming giant EA (Electronic Arts) joins the NFTS as newly appointed board member
The National Film and Television School has welcomed EA’s (Electronic Arts) Chief Commercial Officer Scott Forrest to its Board of Governors. A seasoned entertainment executive who has held senior positions within EA since 2006, the appointment comes amid unprecedented new levels of growth in the gaming industry, a major force and one of the largest segments within the global entertainment landscape.
Throughout 2023, the NFTS will mark the 10-year anniversary of its renowned Games Design and Development programme, attracting aspiring games designers from all over the world and establishing itself as one of the top gaming MA’s globally.
With his multi-layered experience in the gaming sector, Forrest will bring valuable insights and perspectives to the NFTS as the School continues to provide its students with world class training that prepares them for an increasingly diverse and dynamic industry.
In recent years, the NFTS has expanded its training to reflect the changing nature of the creative industries, with a growing focus on Gaming, Visual Effects, Virtual Production and other emerging technologies.
