DBC launches a Management Programme in partnership with Bombardier Transportation
DBC Training, one of the leading providers of training and employment solutions in the East Midlands, has created in partnership with Bombardier Transportation (BT) a L5 degree programme for BT Leaders. Working with the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM). DBC has designed a programme, closely with BT staff which incorporates: creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, and leading and managing teams, to managing change, financial and resource management. Also included are modules on talent management, coaching and mentoring.to enable leaders to have the right skills to grow the business and provide a funnell of future managers.
Established in 2000, DBC specialises in ‘Delivering Better Careers, Companies and Candiates’ and has helped over 28,000 individuals gain new skills, achieve qualifications and gain sustainable employment with support every step of the way.
The partnership with BT will see over 90 staff embark on Management and Leadership Apprenticeships over the next year and will help BT develop current and future managers to provide support across the business at a higher level. The first phase has seen 22 senior managers embark on an exciting journey. The partnership is supported through the Apprentice Levy.
