Lifetime Training has been named apprenticeship training provider of the year at the annual RateMyApprenticeship Awards 2019.

Lifetime Training was crowned number one in the Top 50 Training Providers category at the awards event in London on 18th July. In this brand new award category, more than 300 apprenticeship training providers were judged solely on the reviews of their learners.

Meanwhile eight employers partnered with Lifetime Training were featured in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers award category.

Lifetime Training CCO Sean Cosgrove said: “We’re incredibly proud to receive this award because it’s decided by the learners themselves, by far the most important judge of any training provider.

“The quality of learning experience is a core focus of our mission as a company, and we take a learner-focused approach to everything we do at Lifetime.

“The award is testament to the hard work put in by our team and partners to create a supportive and nurturing environment for all learners. With our regular learner feedback surveys, we aim to continuously improve and evolve our learner experience.

“I’d like to say well done to our employer partners who featured in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers award. Congratulations to Greene King, McDonald’s, Marston’s, Mitchells & Butlers, KFC, ALDI, Iceland and Premier Foods, who were all recognised for their continued excellence as employers of apprentices.”

Jo Bradford, Group Apprenticeship Manager at Marston’s said: “It was great to celebrate the success of Marston’s being part of the top 100 rankings alongside Greene King and Mitchells & Butlers at the RateMyApprenticeship Awards. Our common link being Lifetime Training who were voted Number One Training Provider.

“Congratulations to all the finalists involved.”

This is the fifth year of the annual RateMyApprenticeship Awards, which celebrates the achievements of apprentices, schools, colleges, employers and training providers.

The event saw an afternoon of speakers including Tim Campbell, MBE and winner of the BBC’s The Apprentice and Jamala Osman, winner of Great Britain and Ireland’s Young Citizen Award for 2018 and TEDx London Speaker. There was also a panel discussion with key stakeholders from across the industry.
