PARKING CARS EXCHANGED FOR WORKING OUT AT LOTHBURY’S POWIS PLACE

Lothbury Investment Management, on behalf of Lothbury Property Trust, has created a brand-new gym in the area formerly occupied by under-utilised car parking spaces in a ground floor level car park at their Powis Place student accommodation in Aberdeen.

Powis Place is Lothbury’s sleek, modern student accommodation building which features stylish and comfortable en-suite rooms and contemporary studios, all finished to a high standard and with all the features students need to work or unwind.

The property features a spacious communal lounge, landscaped outdoor spaces, roof terrace and secure bike storage.

Perry Linch of Lothbury Investment Management, said:

“This conversion has created an exemplary fitness facility adding 2,000 sq ft to the excellent facilities already provided at Powis Place for the benefit of the students. The student accommodation features 196 beds and the new gym been very well received since opening earlier this year.”
