DWP’s Pat Russell tackles ‘troubled families’

Pat Russell, head of family policy at the DWP, chats about providing support for “troubled families” at the Welfare to Work 2012 conference.

The UK Prime Minister has committed to helping 120,000 troubled families, and is investing £448 million of additional funds over the next three financial years to help these families move closer to employment
