The ‘THE (Tourism, Hospitality & Events) Business Skills Programme’ will start on 26 April 2021 and will assist in developing the practical skillsets of owners, managers and supervisors for a post-Covid workforce.

The course is made up of eight units and is being offered FREE to anyone applying for this new opportunity, which will also assist the career progression of customer-facing staff who are employed or have aspirations for employment within the wider visitor economy sector.

Participants will have the opportunity to undertake one or both of the online training units in Digital Marketing and Leadership. The remaining units will be offered from the autumn onwards.

All learning will be delivered online, allowing candidates to study at a time that suits them and their employers. Online sessions will be for roughly three hours per week with total learning hours of around six hours per week.

So, if you a supervisor or manager within the Visitor Economy sector, this is the ideal opportunity to refresh your training and education by increasing your micro-credentials with this unique partnership course.
