David Harbourne, director of policy and research at the Edge Foundation, chats about the different global Apprenticeship systems model and particularly what we can learn fromDAvid the Scottish Apprenticeship model.

He says the Swiss system is fantastic model, but 70% of young people in Switzerland are on Apprenticeships and this is very different to the UK.

Harbourne also discusses the Apprenticeship system in New Zealand, where they have re-booted their Apprenticeship programme and have a very successful approach to engage with employers.
