Here are the latest news and thought leadership articles on Apprenticeship Standards. Apprenticeship standards were first developer in 2013 as a part of the Richard’s Review of Apprenticeships. Apprenticeship Standards are employer led and now replace the previous Apprenticeship ‘Frameworks’.
Apprenticeship standards were first introduced in 2017.From 2020, all apprenticeship starts are standards.
Apprenticeship standards show what an apprentice will be doing and the skills required of them, by job role. Standards are developed by employer groups known as ‘trailblazers’.
